Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
For a kind of products sold in our store and due to Health and Safety Hygiene EU and UK Law we do not accept returns. We appeal to your understanding.

To avoid this and because all products are made by pre-order, we give the possibility of canceling the order or exchange it 72 hours before the delivery date.
If this time is exceeded, we will no longer be able to accept the cancellation or exchange of the product
